Shark boy Sean Lesniak’s shark fin bill passes

Shark boy Sean Lesniak is making waves in Massachusetts by helping to stop the barbaric practice of shark finning. Shark boy contacted his fathers friend Democrat Rep. David Nangle with a handwritten letter about the terrible process of shark finning. After reading the letter and seeing the hand drawn shark with its fins removed Sean had drawn on the bottom, Nagle filled bill (H 4089) which passed the senate yesterday with a unanimous 38 votes in favor.

The bill adds adds a fine of no more than $1,000 or a fine of not less than $500 or imprisonment for 60 days in addition to any federal penalties for those caught shark fining.
