Three shark bites reported in Florida

Two surfers and one swimmer have been bitten by sharks in Florida. The first incident occurred September 8 off Fort Pierce Inlet when a man in his mid-60s was bitten on the leg. The unidentified man received a serious wound between his knee and ankle. He was transported by emergency personnel to a local hospital and was originally listed in serious condition. Video: Large Shark migration off a Florida beach

Florida Shark Migration

Drone footage of a shark migration off a Florida beach has been shared on YouTube. The video, posted on February 10, shows hundreds of sharks swimming off the coast near the Fort Pierce Inlet to Vero Beach.   Jason Griffeth, who filmed the video, said he originally planned on filming boats, then saw the surfers and decided to have a closer look.
